Your Status
By placing an order for product/s through this site, you warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You agree to the "Terms and Conditions" outlined herein.
The Contract Between You and Us
PINK SUN Ltd must receive payment for the product/s that you have ordered before your order is accepted by us. Once payment has been received PINK SUN Ltd will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you a confirmation email at the email address you have provided when registering with us. Once we have acceptance this order a legally binding contract will exist between you and us for the delivery or product/s you have ordered to your provided delivery address.
Once an order has been confirmed it is unable to be cancelled or changed. Please be careful and check that your order is correct before confirming your order, including the delivery address and email address provided. Orders cannot be changed for a different product, quantity or size.
Request Cancellation
To promote fast delivery to our customers, orders are processed at the fulfilment warehouse as soon as they are confirmed (including evenings and weekends). An order cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been confirmed.
Items that are no longer wanted or ordered in error will need to be received and pre-authorised for return via the correct returns procedure to the authorised returns handling address. (This is different to the sending address).
Dispatch & Uncalled for items
We do not deliver product/s, but when you confirm and make payment for an order for products with us your order will be sent to our fulfilment partner.
Our fulfilment partner will pack and deliver your products in accordance with its terms and conditions and delivery providers, which may include but are not limited to UK Royal mail, UK courier providers and other national and private courier organisations.
Confirmation of despatch with tracking will be provided to you at point of despatch via email. (If this has not been received please check "junk / spam" folders).
By ordering on this site you are agreeing to be available to accept the delivery of your product/s at the address you have outlined for delivery or collect from a local post office or parcel shop if required. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at your delivery address or is prepared to collect the order locally. If your order is returned due to unsuccessful attempted delivery/refused delivery/not called for/incorrect address this will be handled as a "no longer wanted return" and you will be responsible for all charges associated with the failed delivery. Please ensure a complete and accurate address is used, postage, packaging, handling and return costs are non refundable if the address provided is incorrect. No compensation is available if an order is refused or sent with an incorrect address that is subsequently lost in the post. Unfortunately, the carrier will charge a second time for the order to be delivered back to the sending address.
Royal Mail and Parcelforce do not always leave a "while you were out" calling card - as they expect recipients to interact with the tracking provided. If your order has not arrived within 5 days of being marked as dispatched please track your order with details provided or contact us. Items are only held for 18 days before being returned to sender. PINK SUN Ltd are not responsible for the carrier failing to leave a "while you were out card". Our customer service team will help to arrange redelivery if they are notified within the appropriate time frame to assist you to receive your order. If the order has been returned to sender an invoice for return charges, re-postage, packaging and handling only can be arranged to send a replacement order. Undeliverable orders will be returned to a shared unloading warehouse and will require notification to the authorised return handling address. Please contact our Customer Services Team if you believe your order has been returned to sender so this can be located and forwarded for return processing. Return to sender charges will range from approximately £10.00-£25.00 depending on the speed of the delivery service chosen, parcel weight and number of items.
If you claim not to have received the order we will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as reasonably possible. No compensation will be paid until this investigation is complete.

Best Before Dates:
PINK SUN items carry a best before date, not an expiry date, and food items are dried with stable shelf life when stored appropriately in cool, dark and dry conditions. Products may carry a best before date of up to 4 months remaining. Please only order what you can consume within 3-4 months. Returns cannot be entertained after 30 days.
Packaging
To ensure each product arrives with our customers in good condition, PINK SUN use pouches, clear film, HDPE and glass for product packaging in addition to padded envelopes and boxes with recycled paper for postage protection. Products are often packed months in advance of an order and therefore utilising paper packaging (which tears and absorbs moisture), plant based/biodegradable packaging (which leach and breakdown and are often made from a high % of fossil fuels) or LDPE (which release plastic odours into the food, often tear in transit and have limited recycle locations) is not feasible. Where possible we will use recyclable material when there is no adverse effect on the product delivered to our customers. We continue to research product packaging developments which would meet both storage and postage/delivery needs.
For our pouch and clear film packed products we would always recommend that once received and where practical customers should remove the product from its original packaging and store in an airtight container as the plastic zip locks are typically designed for short term or minimal use only.
Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. Where VAT is appicable this will be shown separately in your basket. These are the prices for the products only. For non UK mainland destinations these prices do not include the charge for the delivery services.
To provide our customers with low prices, products are sourced from the original product manufacturer where possible. Depending on the product and country of origin, USD, GBP or Euros may be used to pay our manufacturing partners. Prices are therefore subject to exchange rate fluctuations as well as raw material availability and costs.
Due to a combination of unprecedented high shipping costs, low £GBP exchange rates, product shortages and additional EU trading costs, we are experiencing ongoing and material increases in product prices. Where possible we will hold back having to increase product prices until absolutely necessary.
Due to a high volume of these types of requests, emails requesting sales prices or discounts other than what is displayed for purchase cannot be responded to.

Lowest Prices Guaranteed
When you shop direct at www.pinksun.co.uk we are able to offer you the lowest prices on all PINK SUN products compared to any other retailer or market place where PINK SUN products are sold. If you can find a price lower (including p&p) on a PINK SUN product we will refund you the difference less another 10% on the product you purchased on www.pinksun.co.uk. To qualify the alternative price/offer must be a new PINK SUN product sold by another retailer or market place within 7 days of your purchase on www.pinksun.co.uk. Excludes EU and International orders.
Returns, Money Back Guarantee & Liability
All PINK SUN products purchased via our website are manufactured and supplied to high standards and are covered by the PINK SUN 100% no quibble, Money Back Guarantee.
We trust you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not wish to keep your item please arrange to return it within 30 days of receipt. Please use the Contact Us page (Request Return) quoting your order number, name, email and reason for return for your 100% no quibble, Money Back Guarantee. Returns must be pre-authorised and sent to the correct address for return handling. A refund cannot be provided prior to receipt and inspection of the return. Handling and forwarding charges will apply if an order is returned to an address other than the authorised return handling address. (Email messages that do not contain an order ID are unlikely to be delivered or received).
Arrangement of return postage and all costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer. Additional postage paid to receive a faster delivery service than standard is non refundable.
Returned items purchased as part of a multi-variant to give a per item discount will have the discount removed prior to the refund being made unless all of the items are returned.
Unopened items may be returned for a refund at the Buyers' cost. Returns must be received back in the same condition they were despatched in. Please take care with packaging and handling as a full refund cannot be provided if items are damaged in transit. We kindly request that buyers do consider their impact on food wastage and carbon footprint with regards to returns.
It is recommended that you purchase insurance and retain a proof of posting certificate for any returns just in case it is misplaced by your mail service. Once we have received the returned item/s we will issue your refund within 3-10 working days.
Items ordered in error that do not retain their seal, greater than one item per order that does not retain their seal, or items that have more than 15% contents removed are excluded from the money back guarantee.
The maximum liability of PINK SUN Ltd and the user's remedy for any product/s supplied under these Terms & Conditions shall be a replacement or refund by PINK SUN Ltd for the full amount of the product/s.
Postage paid to deliver outside of GB and UK Mainland is non refundable.
Refused orders returned undeliverable are excluded from the Money Back Guarantee.
Postage arranged and paid for by the buyer will not be refunded. All returns must be pre-authorised and in some circumstances returns of food items may be declined. All return requests for the same item already returned previously, will be declined. Meltable items may not be returned under any circumstance.
Consumers are encouraged to do their own research regarding individual ingredients prior to consumption. PINK SUN Ltd will not be responsible for reactions caused due to individual intolerances or sensitivities to ingredients.
Damages or reported discrepancies
If your item arrives damaged or different to expected, this must be reported this within 7 days. Photographic evidence of the damage is required along with the packaging the item was delivered in. Please do not dispose of anything until an investigation has been completed. We will work with the carrier by following their resolution process and timing outlined in their terms, and co-operation from the recipient will be required. Please allow 30 days for an investigation to be completed.
Any item not received claims will be investigated with the carrier following their resolution process and timing outlined in their terms, and co-operation from the claimant/recipient will be required. A signed denial of receipt form will be required from the Purchaser.
Should a replacement item be sent and the original also received at a later date, payment for the duplicate item or return of the duplicate item will be required.
Despite best endeavours an item may arrive in defective or damaged condition. The buyer will be required to co-operate with returning the item/s as is expected for purchases made online. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate understanding in this event. A refund cannot be provided without return.
Impolite or threatening communication with returns or customer services staff will not be tolerated and PINK SUN Ltd reserve the right not to resend to an address associated with anyone who communicates in a way deemed to be an inappropriate or if a carrier has proven to be unreliable in an area.
Savings & Promotion codes
Any savings or promotion codes used on this website must be applied after all items have been added to the basket to ensure that the full value of the promotion is realised. Savings & promotions with quantity or order value minimums will be applied to the quantity and value of items in the basket at the time when the saving or promotion code is applied. (Any saving or promotion applied will be reversed in the event an applicable item is returned for a refund).

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. PINK SUN Ltd is unable to provide guidance or information as to the specific charges and cannot predict their amount. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to contact your local customs office for information before confirmation your purchase.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country into which you import the product/s. PINK SUN Ltd are not liable for any breach by you of any such legislation.
Law & Jurisdiction
Purchase of products through our website www.pinksun.co.uk will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or in relation to your order, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
PINK SUN Ltd reserve the right to refuse orders to addresses / persons that have incurred an issue previously. This includes orders that have been located, replaced or refunded. Orders to addresses classified as undeliverable or that carry an unexpected carrier surcharge may be cancelled without warning.
