Description

PINK SUN certified organic coconut palm sugar is made from the coconut blossom of the coconut palm. It is not refined or bleached and is gently dried to form natural brown coarse granular crystals. It has a sweet caramel malt like taste and is considered to be a lower GI sweetener, suitable for use as a cane sugar substitute in baking, desserts and hot drinks. Certified organic by the Soil Association.
