PINK SUN Low Carb, Dark Chocolate Chips are a chocolate treat without added sugar! Made from 70% cacao solids and sweetened with stevia and erythritol they provide a high quality, lower carb chocolate chip that is Keto and low sugar diet friendly and ideal for anyone looking to reduce refined sugar in their diet. Made without milk or soy lecithin, PINK SUN Low Carb, Dark Chocolate Chips are gluten free, soya free and dairy free and are suitable for vegans and those with milk allergies and other food intolerances. Small drops are perfect for baking or snacking. (WARNING: Contains 30g polyols per 100g, use in moderation, excessive consumption may produce laxative effects).
Sometimes the chips can appear slightly powdered on the outside, this is due to the high levels of natural fats in the product, this does not effect the usage or taste and is completely normal.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a high possibility the drops could melt or separate in transit and in the post. Some separation of powder and butter or discolouring may occur, but the properties will not be affected. If this happens, the product can be gently melted, recombined and reset. For this reason, this product is most suitable for those who intend to use it after melting, such as in home made chocolate making.
Some separation of the butter and powder, or discolouring may occur. Chocolate can be re-tempered multiple times to recombine the contents.

Purchased on specificiation that the product has not been in contact with gluten containing materials and packed in a gluten free environment.
Storage:
Once opened store in and air tight container in a cool location and use within six months of opening.

Yes, like all organic cocoa, the PINK SUN organic cocoa beans used to make our powders, drops, chocolate buttons and nibs are fermented before drying and futher processing.
