Contains medium chain triglycerides Caprylic acid (C8) and Capric acid (C10) combined with organic acacia fibre. Use this soluble powder blended smoothies or sprinkle over cereals and other foods. Caprylic acid (C8) and Capric acid (C10) are both derived from 100% organic coconut oil made in Sri Lanka from sustainable coconut sources. Gluten free, palm oil free, low carb and supports a Keto diet, up to 15g per day.
Organic medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) powder (70%), organic acacia fibre powder (30%). MCT as 61% Caprylic acid (C8 ) and 39% Capric acid (C10). Not hydrogenated. No additives or preservatives. Gluten free. Non GM.

Recommended up to 15g per day or less if sensitive. May cause digestive discomfort in some people or if consumed in large quantities. Discontinue use if reaction occurs. (One level scoop holds approximately 10g powder).
To avoid lumps add liquid first, then powder, and mix well. A small milk frother / handheld electric whisk also works very well to assist blending.
