Containing antioxidants, magnesium, calcium and iron they make a dark, slightly bitter crunchy snack when eaten on their own or a great addition to healthy baking. Non GM, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Made in Peru.

Yes, like all organic cocoa, the PINK SUN organic cocoa beans used to make our powders, drops, chocolate buttons and nibs are fermented before drying and futher processing.
